Conversations from the back seat


Mom: Nikolai, what do you want to be when you grow up?

Nikolai: A psychic!

Mom: (puzzled for we have never talked about psychics before) Why a psychic, Nikolai?

Nikolai: They do really cool stuff.

Mom: And where have you heard about a psychic before?

Nikolai: (exasperated) M-o-m, Batman has a psychic!

Mom: (with clarity) Oh, you mean a SIDE-KICK!

Nikolai: Yes, Mom, that's what I have been saying!

    Well, hey Mom, could you not hear that? LOL! That is just too funny Susan. I must tell you that even at the point you 'got it', I still did not. The things that kids say. You should copy all these blog entries to put in a book for the boys.
