Rain and Flowers Do Not Mix

My snowball bush was so pretty until we had the heavy rain this past week.  Now, all the pretty blooms are on the deck and the ground.  It does make a pretty white carpet!

  3. That is a beautiful bush...I'm not sure I've ever seen one. Haven't we had a harsh spring?

  4. We had fresh snowfall YESTERDAY. I'd kill for a few blossoms anytime soon.

  5. Send that rain my way! We haven't had rain in my part of OK since November. The wheat crops look terrible!

As you can tell, I'm sidetracked in my cleaning too. LOL Have a great weekend!

  6. My porch looks like that, only it's the magnolia tree losing all the pretty blossoms. I sweep the porch, but it still gets tracked inside. At least it smells good! :o) Hope you get some sunshine soon!

  7. Spring blossoms and flowers don't last long enough as it is...but it is sad when they go super fast because of wind or rain! (or a late snow storm) Sorry!

Try to have a Happy Easter Anyway!

  10. while we have nothing yet ready to bloom, it is just as well as the strong winds would have ruined everything. a sheer nightmare for hats, umbrellas and asthmatics...

  12. The same thing happened to our Japanese Magnolia! The rain ruined all of the blossoms. Your bush is beautiful anyway.

I have a cat that could be a twin to the cat at the top of your blog! My cat has blue eyes that appear to be crossed. His name is Mr. Biglesworth, but we call him Mr. Big for short.
