I prepared shrimp scampi tonight for dinner and it was a big hit with Nikolai! Hmm, might need to work on table manners a little more!

    Love the picture of Nikolai enjoying his mama's cooking.Saw that you have read The Glass Castle.Did you enjoy it.I bought it awhile back and think I might start reading it.Been in a reading mood lately.
