The first soccer game was last night. We won 3-1. Deniska made one goal. He was also pulled from the game for "unnecessary toughness" or some such term. He likes to slide to get to the ball. I told him that was baseball and not soccer! Both boys are good at soccer - it's in their blood!
Susan, Deniska and Nikolai look so cute in their uniforms. Tell Deniska I'm proud that he got a goal. Unnecessary roughness? Not sweet little Deniska! I laughed out loud when I read that.
