Deniska came in all excited over a bird's nest that he had found on a shelf on our back deck. I admit that it was beautiful. I don't think I have seen anything so beautiful in its design in a long time. It just amazes me every time I look at it.
There is one egg, that I can see, in the nest. I can't see in. I just put my camera in the opening of the nest and snapped.
I hope the outside cats will leave it alone.
Wow Susan! I've seen bird's nests before, but nothing as pretty as this one. It is amazing that one little creature can put together something this amazing.... I hope the cats (and other birds) leave it alone also! Skip saw a big black bird today with an egg in it's mouth!
