I'm having a hard time with the menu for this week. Nothing sounds good to me. I think I have spring fever. Don't you love Lucy's aprons? I always remember thinking that she looked so pretty with her aprons.
Monday – Salsa chicken,corn on the cob, turnip greens I changed my mind when I got home today and just had baked chicken with stuffing. It's a great little casserole and not a morsel left to throw out!
Tuesday – Red Beans and Rice, green beans
Wednesday - Roast, rice, mixed vegetables
Thursday - Spaghetti with meatballs, salad
Friday – Egg salad sandwiches
Saturday - Nachos
Sunday – Sandwiches
Hi Susan, it is hard to plan when nothing sounds good. When I feel like that, I pick things I know are favorites of whoever is going to be at my table.
